Sale and bond deed (partial) through which Agostinho Pinheiro, on behalf of his wife, Isabel da Mota, Gaspar Fernandes' granddaughter, sells lands in Arroios, entailed to the chapel established by Gaspar, to Pedro Álvares and his wife, for 65 000 réis. The buyers committed themselves to fulfill the pious obligations instituted by the entail's institutor.

Will (extract) by which Gaspar Fernandes bequeaths to Maria de Ornelas lands in Arroios and Alvalade, in Lisboa, with the obligation of supporting the celebration of annual masses in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. After Maria's death, the entail should be inherited by Jerónima da Maia.
