Contract and bond deed (extract) by which Domingos Barreiros de Carvalho and his wife, D. Luísa Paula, declare that they are the administrators of the chapel which had belonged to Luísa Dias and Gonçalo Rodrigues, Luísa's grandparents, in the convent of Nossa Senhora de Jesus of Lisboa. They declare that they had ornamented it and they promise to finish building it and to order a daily mass and an annual divine office, entailed to their quinta das Picoas. The priests of the convent accept and promise to pray the masses.

She gives back the money she received from Bartolomeu Gonçalves, who had acquired the farmstead, and he gives up the possession of the farmstead.
