Codicil by which Pedro Nunes Florença and his wife Beatriz Nunes Florença confirmed the donation of the third part of their assets to their daughters Joana de Andrade and Maria da Assunção. If none of them had heirs, the administration should be transferred to the Confraria de Nossa Senhora da Luz of the Colégio de Jesus do Funchal.

Will chart by which Pedro Nunes Florença and his wife Beatriz Nunes Florença joined together the third part of their assets and left them to their daughters Joana de Andrade and Maria da Assunção with the obligation to celebrate masses. Joana de Andrade should designate a daughter to succeed in this administration. Beatriz Nunes Florença also used the third of the assets of her aunt Grácia Nunes Florença, and her great-grandparents Catarina Fernandes and João Lopes.
