The administration belonged to Feliciana Ribeiro, after her death to Maria do Avelar, and then to her children, namely her eldest daughter.

Dowry deed for wedding of Eliseu Borges de Figueiredo and Maria do Avelar, given by Feliciana Ribeiro and Francisco Pereira Rato, brothers of Maria do Avelar. For the dowry, Feliciana Ribeiro and Maria do Avelar, donated a chapel that they had instituted, to which they had entailed various assets, to fulfill the charges, as stated in a previous chapel foundation deed, dated 1610-09-11, adding, at that time, other properties and charges. If Maria do Avelar died without children, Feliciana Ribeiro could appoint the administrator she wanted, preferably Isabel do Avelar, sister of both. After Isabel do Avelar, the succession would take place as stated in the chapel foundation deed.
