Donation deed of all movable and immovable property in Abrantes made by Margarida Minay to João Minay, her brother. After his death, Maria Minay, her niece, should be left to become a nun, and after her death to Ana Mendes Caldeira, niece of donor. After the death of the latter, they were to be transferred to Manuel de Sousa, cousin of donor.
João Minay also donates all his movable and immovable assets, with a usufruct reserve and 40.000 réis, to Maria Minay, his daughter, so that she can profess in the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça. After her death they would pass to Ana Mendes, niece of donor, and after her death to Manuel de Sousa de Faria, cousin of donor.
