Termo by which Diogo Dias, mestre sapateiro, declares he possesses the houses entailed to the chapel of Isabel Rodrigues, for which he pays an annual obligation of 17 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa. He inherited these houses from his wife, Maria Correia, who had been previously married to Agostinho Ribeiro, who had bought them from the institutor of the entail.

Will (extract) by which Isabel Rodrigues entails her houses in Lisboa with an obligation of twenty masses for her soul in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where she wishes to be buried. She bequeaths these houses to the daughters of her nephew, João Nunes, son of Baltazar Nunes and Catarina Lopes, Isabel's sister, who are alive at the time of her death.
