Subrogation warrant to Mateus Pereira de Castro, administrator of the chapel and entail of António Pereira de Castro, his brother, and abade Gaspar Gomes Pereira, his uncle, authorising him to sell some properties, in the outskirts of Arcos de Valdevez, and a small vineyard ("leira de vinha"), in the parish of S. João, and to exchange them for another vineyard and a field. They want to sell the properties because they produce low revenues and are far away from the entail head and from other entailed properties.
