Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Diogo Soares de Bulhão allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Julião da Costa de Oliveira after denouncing its vacancy due to unlawful administration by Francisco Soares de Bulhão, and extinction of the institutor's bloodline. He would receive the administration of the chapel during his lifetime with the condition of presenting this warrant and a sentence before the Desembargo do Paço, proving that the chapel was vacant to the Crown.

Will (extract)

Will (extract) by which Julião da Costa de Oliveira established an entail, designating his eldest son Manuel da Costa to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses wherever he wanted, using the third of the institutor. If he died without heirs, it should succeed his second son António da Costa. This entail is composed of a "casal" in Lisboa.
