Subrogation warrant to Mendo Afonso Cerveira, administrator of the chapel of Padre Mateus Gonçalves, authorising him to sell some houses, in Tentúgal, and to exchange it for a property, composed by a vineyard, a olive grove, a pinewood and an arable land, in Lapas, in the bounds of Póvoa de Santa Cristina, which is worth twice as much as the houses.
