He can lease some houses of Henrique de Matos' entail, located in Alcácer do Sal, to António Mateus and his wife, for the annual income of 2 500 réis. He can also lease a land (terra) with houses belonging to Mateus de Seixas' entail, called Chapiada, on the outskirts of Alcácer do Sal, to António dos Santos and his wife, for the annual income of 3 000 réis and six hens.
