She appoints her son, Francisco Malheiro, as her heir, bequeathing the usufruct of her properties to her husband, Gaspar Malheiro, until their son marries. If their lineage becomes extinct, the entail shall be administered by the Misericórdia de Lisboa or by the Ordem Terceira de S. Francisco.
