Subrogation warrant to Plácido de Castanheda de Moura and D. Francisca Pereira Teles, his wife, administrators of the entail instituted by Luís Pereira de Barros, their father-in-law and father, allowing them to subrogate some of the houses entailed by the latter, located in praça do Rossio', in Lisboa, evaluated in 3 500 cruzados, for different houses, free and exempt, located on rua da Bemposta, sold by Luís do Couto Teles, evaluated in 7 000 or 6 500 cruzados.

Will (extract) by which Luís Pereira de Barros established an entail, designating his daughter D. Francisca Pereira de Teles to be its first administrator. It should succeed in this entail her legitimate heirs and, if she died childless, it should succeed the eldest son of his cousin João Coelho Henriques. The successors of this entail were obligated to incorporate their thirds into this entail. The administrator was due to order the celebration of masses with the rents of his third and other belongings such as gold, silver ou white clothes. The institutor also ordered that his natural daughter, a nun in the Convent of Castanheira, should receive 20 000 réis each year.
