As the income derived from this land was not enough to pay for all the mass obligations of the entail, those obligations were only partially fulfilled by the administratror. Isabel Freme Perdigoa received the administration of the land with the condition that she would guarantee that all the mass obligations of the institutor would be fulfilled, and that she would add two more masses every year.
