Denunciation warrant of administration

Denunciation warrant of administration on behalf of Manuel da Silva allowing him to judicially demand, at his own expenses, the administration of the chapel founded by Luís Álvares and Inês Fernandes in the church of Santa Justa, in Lisboa, after denouncing its vacancy and during his lifetime only. The desembargadores do Paço should issue the respective administration letter, after presentation of this warrant and the sentence proving its vacancy to the Crown.

Will (extract) by which Inês Fernandes establishes a chapel in the church of Santa Justa of Lisboa, entailing houses in that city and determining that its revenues must support the celebration of annual masses in that church. She appoints her husband to be its first administrador, allowing him to choose his successor.

Will (extract) by which Luís Álvares, Inês Fernandes' widower, appoints his granddaughter, Margarida de Avelar, to be the next administrator of the chapel that his wife had established in church of Santa Justa. She must fulfil its pious obligations and give, each year, 50 000 réis to Francisco Rodrigues and Isabel Nunes' daughters, the testator's nieces. If Margarida de Avelar does not marry according to her father and grandfather's will, the chapel shall be administrated by António de Avelar.
