Chapel foundation deed by which Madalena da Costa instituted a chapel in the College of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Coimbra, for her soul and for the soul of João Roque, her husband, who was an ourives da prata. She entailed an olive grove, located in Vale de Ferro, to fulfill the charges. It would be the institutor's responsibility to choose the entail's next administrator. If the pious charges were not fulfilled, the chapel's administration would be transferred to the College of Nossa Senhora do Carmo.
Followed by a consent deed of Madalena da Costa for the previously signed deed (dated 1633-11-10).
