Chapel foundation deed of Rui Lopes de Magalhães' chapel, located in the College of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Coimbra. The chapel is intended for the grave of the institutor and his family, and must be administered by the eldest son or another person appointed by the administrator. The administrator had to give, annually, 42 000 réis to the College, to fulfill the charges and maintenance of the chapel, entaiking up assets for this purpose.
It contains a license of Frei João de Abranches, provincial of the Order of Hermits of Santo Agostinho, for the institution of the chapel (dated 1618-02-02).
