After Diogo's death, two thirds of those properties shall be given to Guiomar de Miranda, sister of the institutor, or to her descendants, and another third shall be given to one of Manuel's nieces, daughter of Catarina de Miranda, another of his sisters who is already deceased. João, where Cosme Bernardes and his wife are buried.

Appoints Isabel, daughter of António da Mouta, first administrator. After her death, she was supposed to be for her children.
