Will chart by which Catarina Botelho designated António de Gouveia to be her last will executor and her universal heir. She incorporated some assets for the fulfillment of the pious charges, that should be celebrated in the Monastery of Esperança, in Lisboa.

Will chart by which António Dinis designated his sister Ana Dinis as the administrator of the chapel founded by his aunt Ana Dinis, in the convent of São Francisco of Vila do Conde. He attached some assets to fulfill the legacies left in another chapel, established by his cousin Manuel Dinis, abbot, in a will made without approval or witnesses. He designated Ana Dinis to be the administrator of the chapel of São Paulo de Negreiros, incorporating some assets and increasing its pious charges.

Will chart by which Domingos Dias and his wife Beatriz Pires, ordered to be buried in the church of Nossa Senhora dos Frades. They founded a chapel, incorporating a "casal" in which they lived, in order to fulfill the pious obligations. They designated each other to be their heirs and last will executors. Domingos Dias designated his nephew António Rodrigues to be the first administrator of this entail and, after his death, his eldest son or daughter. Beatriz Pires designated her niece Catarina Dias to be the administrator and, after her death, her eldest son or daughter.

Will chart of Luís de Andrade, in which a chapel is established in the church of São Nicolau de Lisboa, where he is ordered to be buried. He links certain real estate to fulfill the charges, which must be fulfilled in the churches of São Nicolau de Lisboa and Nossa Senhora do Castelo de Almada. He appoints Genebra de Andrade, his sister, as first administrator, and António de Castro, his nephew, as the second administrator, after the death of the former. This entail is composed of houses in Lisboa.

He and his wife D. Margarida Teles will entail their third part (terças) to a new chapel and Margarida will be the administrator and after her a clerygman that descends from the servants of his father's house or of his own house. The chapel should always be administrated by a clergyman with connections to their house. He desinherits D. Beatriz de Vilhena, his daughter, born in his first marriage. He donates 20.000 réis per year to his father's chapel.

He appoints Ana Dinis also administrator of the chapel of São Paulo of Negreiros. He attaches assets to the latter, increasing the charges entered into.

Will chart of Francisco de Freitas, ordering his burial in the monastery of São Francisco of Portimão. He appoints Isabel Rodrigues, his wife, universal heir to all assets, after the legacies are fulfilled, with the charge of masses, celebrated at the altar of São Francisco, in the monastery of Portimão. The administrator had to choose a property to entail to the chapel, with an income of more than 5 000 réis, and choose whoever she wanted to manage it after her death. In addition, she could also establish the charges that she understood and attach them to hers.
It is inserted in an exemplification, with an approval deed (dated 1600-09-23). Follows another exemplification (dated 1604-04-02), with a will chart - changing some provisions of the previous chart, which, however, reiterates (dated 1604-03-25) -, ​an approval deed (dated 1604-03-25) and a declaration of the institutor, reiterating that, although the previous will chart had been opened, he wanted it to be fulfilled (dated 1604-03-25).

Will chart by which Cristóvão Bocolli, cidadão cremonês, established an entail with a farmstead in Lisboa ("quinta da Palma"), houses on that city and 18 african civets ("gatos de algália"), which were kept in a wooden house in the farm and generated an annual profit of 100 000 réis. He designated his illegitimate son, João Bocle/ João Boche, husband of Maria Luís, to administrate it, obligating him to support the celebration of a daily perpetual mass in the church of Nossa Senhora do Loreto. The institutor ordered the making of 4 tombos containing copies of the entail's institution and other deeds, 3 of which would be delivered to the Hospital de Todos-os-Santos, the referred church and the Juízo dos Resíduos. The testator declared that he had made a will with his late wife, Graça Teixeira, in which they had demanded the celebration of a perpetual daily mass for their souls in Nossa Senhora do Loreto, where he had erected a chapel. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1560-10-28 and an opening deed issued on 1561-03-13.

Will chart by which António Sanches wanted to be buried in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça de Lisboa. He established an entail, incorporating some houses, a "casal" and a "marinha" located in Lisboa, in order to fulfil the pious obligations in that church. This entail should be administrated by his nephew Pedro de Faria and, after his death, by his son or daughter. If he did not have children, the administration would be attached to the other entail he founded. In addition, he entailed different assets for the celebration of masses in the Convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça de Lisboa, that should be administrated by Violante Maria. The successors must be descendants of Bartolomeu Sanches or António Sanches, nephews of the institutor. If there were no legitimate children, the administration should be attached to the other entail he founded.

Pedro da Guarda, in Câmara de Lobos. He designated his wife Antónia Lopes to be its first administrator and their son Mateus da Gama should succeed her.

Will chart in which Guiomar Soares expresses her wish of being buried in the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo de Lisboa. The testator orders the sale of her assets to purchase houses located in Lisboa, which had to be entailed to the pious charges she establishes. She appoints Gaspar Afonso, her husband, first administrator. He should be succeeded in the chapel’s administration by Helena Soares, who had been raised in the institutor's house. If Helena Soares died, Jerónimo de Barros, Guiomar's cousin, should succeed.
Guiomar Soares also leaves part of her houses in Calçada Íngreme to her servants, the sisters Antónia Ferreira and Brígida Ferreira, with the obligation of fulfilling a perpetual mass for her soul at the same convent.

Will chart of Diogo Soares de Albergaria and D. Beatriz de Vilhena, his wife, appointing the one who survived them as heir and executor. They intended to build a monastery, invoking Nossa Senhora da Piedade, located in Senhorim, next to the hospital that is already there, which was to be occupied by friars of the order of São Jerónimo and where the determined charges were to be carried out. The friars would also sing the chapel instituted by D. Branca, mother of Diogo Soares, located in the monastery of São Domingos de Guimarães. They leave all their possessions to the aforementioned monastery.

He entails assets to fulfill the charges, entailed only after the death of Francisca Rebelo, his second wife and universal heiress, who was supposed to administer it. It was up to the woman to choose the next administrator, and then followed by the eldest son.
This is followed an approval deed (dated 1574-07-13) and an opening deed of a will (dated 1581-03-30).

If died without descendants, the entail's administration should be transmitted, in this order, to João de Barcelos, Bartolomeu Gato, Francisco Vieira and Maria, daughter of Manuel Viera, and, finally, the Confraria do Santíssimo Sacramento.

If she died or had no children, she would stay with the executor and with Manuel Vaz, her brother, godson of the institutor, with the same charges.

He appoints Manuel de Figueiredo Machado, his brother, first administrator, with the obligation to entail his movable assets. If the latter died without legitimate children, Bernarda, natural daughter of institutor, would have to succeed him, on condition that she marry Manuel, the natural son of first administrator.

The next administrator was to be appointed by the previous ones, having to be related to the founder and the Silva lineage.

After the death of each of them, the succession should continue, preferably, on their eldest male heirs. They also left a land to the Misericórdia of Ponta Delgada with the perpetual obligation of a weekly mass.

After the death of João the succession should always continue, preferably, on the eldest male heir. If he had no heirs, the administration should be given to Madalena Álvares, daughter of João Gonçalves or the closest living relative. They excluded their son-in-law Belchior Gonçalves of the administration.

Will chart made by Maria Soares Baeta, in which she ordered, among other dispositions, the foundation of an entail with a perpetual mass obligation of five masses celebrated every year on the convent of S. Francisco of Alter do Chão, where her body should be buried. She named both her nieces Maria Soares and Catarina de Jesus to administrate the entail during their lifes, and after the death of the first one, the administration would be go to the other. After their deaths, the administration should be assumed by to the eldest female daughter of the last one of two firstly appointed administrators, and from there on the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest female daughter. If none of them had children, the administration would be transmitted to Domingas Gonçalves who would administrate it during her lifetime and appoint a successor before her death. All administrators were obliged to entail their own reserved portions to the entail. Only the Visitador do Bispo could take accounts on the administration.

Catarina Marques also ordered two other chapels, by entailing a land (souto), in the location of Juntas, on the outskirts of Marvão, with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year, to be administrated during their lifetime by her nephews Pedro and Maria, children of Manuel Fernandes. Will chart by which Cristóvão Lopes founded an entail, incorporating his farmstead (quinta) of Belmonte, in the outskirts of Lisboa, and his houses in Lisboa, with the pious obligation of celebrating 20 annual masses (10 for each property), in the chapels of Jesus and Nossa Senhora do Rosário, in the Convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. Joana de Sousa, his wife, was asked to administer the entail until Francisco de Sousa, Cristóvão's grandson, turned 25 years old and was allowed to take control of it. If Francisco died before that age, or without offspring, the entail should pass to Isabel de Sousa, Joana's daughter and Cristóvão's stepdaughter. He also bequeaths to his grandson a farmstead (quinta) located in Vale do Alcaide, which the testator had bought with the obligation of supporting the celebration of 12 annual masses in the church of S. Cristóvão, in Lisboa. The testator mentions that, at the time of death of D. João III, he was painting the altarpieces of the monastery of Alcobaça and of Évora's cathedral. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1593-12-09, and an opening deed issued on 1593-12-23.

The testator establishes another entail with houses in Lisboa and a public debt instrument of 9 500 réis in Casa da Índia, bequeathing it to her stepdaughter, Maria Dias, who was asked to support the celebration of annual masses in the church of Santa Justa. Margarida declares that her remains should be buried in the main chapel of that church, where her husband's body lies.

Henrique de Noronha's wife, demands that part of his assets should be divided in three portions and given to her sisters: Isabel de Macedo, Maria de Macedo and Bárbara de Macedo. After their deaths, their shares should be bequeathed to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, which must guarantee the celebration of annual masses for Joana's soul. She declares that her remains should be buried next to the chapel of Jesus of that convent. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1538-11-09 and an opening deed issued on 1540-11-27.

After his death, he would be succeeded by Diogo da Fonseca, their son. Bernardo da Fonseca also entails several properties in Portalegre and surroundings, in addition to a golden cross. All assets, that both entailed, should always be attached to the entail instituted by Bernardo da Fonseca, grandfather of the testators, increasing the charges that should be celebrated.

Maria da Silveira, with the obligation of supporting the celebration of 9 masses in honour of Nossa Senhora and of giving olive oil to maintain alight a lamp in the church of Nossa Senhora da Merceana. He also left her another farmstead ("quinta da Zebreira") and appointed her to administrate the chapel established by his great-grandmother, D. Grimaneza de Gusmão. He declared that his body should be buried in his parent's grave. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1626-09-29.

They designate their daughter, Maria Temudo, as the administrator of the chapel established by Maria Barata, in Oleiros, which they both administered, and annex properties to it.
