Afonso Sanches, bastard son of D. Dinis, to fulfil the charges of the chapel that they had established in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora. The charges that should be celebrated are determined, as well as the succession in the administration. The administrator should be the eldest son and in case of extinction of the lineage, the city council of Lisbon.

Approval and addition deed of the codicil made by Catarina de Andrada in which she revoked the disposition of her will in which she named the Misericórdia as administrator of the houses she left to her niece Catarina, and instead she confirmed that those houses should be entailed on the entail that would be administrated by her sister Leonor Fernandes.
