They mentioned that if Ana did not marry, Francisco would be obliged to say half chapel of masses, entailing a fraction of his share of the reserved portion.

Afonso Sanches, bastard son of D. Dinis, to fulfil the charges of the chapel that they had established in the monastery of São Vicente de Fora. The charges that should be celebrated are determined, as well as the succession in the administration. The administrator should be the eldest son and in case of extinction of the lineage, the city council of Lisbon.

She authorized her daughter Margarida Moniz to appoint one of her nephews on the administration of the entail founded by her deceased husband, Francisco Lopes Moniz, and if she died without descendants, the administration should be given to her brother Francisco Lopes Moniz and his sons or nephews after him. If all of them died without writing a will, she appointed her grandsons Manuel or João or António, in this order. After all of them were dead, the administration should be given to the eldest male heir. As to the chapel she founded with her reserved portion, with five perpetual masses celebrated in every year, she appointed her son Rafael Moniz to administrate it during his lifetime and the closest relative after him.

Those three estates should be entailed on behalf of their nephew licenciado Duarte Neimão Sanches, with all the same conditions that they have disposed on their will. However, Duarte Neimão Sanches would only receive the administration as long as he and his successores after him resided permanently in Angra.
