The bond also established the price of every mass, and the rights and duties of each party.

Estefânia Maria da Gama, received by dowry deed from his aunt, Maria Pinheiro Miranda. The houses had an obligation of 80 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa for the soul of Luísa Franca. Mentions the letter-of-attorney passed to him from his wife, dated 1654-10-13.

Bond by which D. Branca, minor, daughter of Jerónimo Correia de Almada and D. Beatriz de Freitas, her tutor, promises to pay the obligations of Maria de Almada's chapel, of which she is the administrator, using revenue from the houses already entailed to the chapel of Catarina da Silva, in the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa.
Maria de Almada established a chapel and entail with all of her properties. She bequeathed them to Jerónimo Correia de Almada, who was also administrator of the chapel established by Catarina da Silva. As D. Branca was heir of both these chapels, her mother, D. Beatriz de Freitas, requested that part of the revenue of the houses entailed to Catarina da Silva's chapel be used to pay for the chapel established by Maria de Almada. This request was, ultimately, accepted.
Contains sentence dated 1626-03-16 and other processual documentation, including two dispatches, dated 1623-08-04 and 1626-11-13, a petition, a termo de juramento and acceptance deeds. Contains an extract of the will of Maria de Almada, inserted in a certificate dated 1626-11-06.

Contains donation deed dated 1516-07-17, and deed of sale dated 1518-01-05, containing a licence dated 1517-12-01. These documents refer the previous owners of the casal, unrelated to the chapel.

Beatriz de Melo, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, cavaleiro da Ordem de Cristo and provedor das Capelas. D. Maria de Melo was the usufructuary of a public debt instrument of 37 000 reis set in the Casa da Imposição dos Vinhos, that should be inherited by Jerónimo Caldeira, after her death, since it was part of the dowry his wife had received from D. Mécia Couto. D. Maria de Melo had its usufruct with an obligation of 24 masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa for Mécia Couto's soul. They agreed that Jerónimo de Brito Caldeira, as heir of the public debt instrument, should receive its money and pay the masses himself, entailing them to his houses, and pay annually 30 000 reis to D. Maria de Melo in compensation.

Bond by which Vicente Eanes, prior da igreja de Cheleiros, commits himself to fulfil his brother's will, Estêvão Eanes Forjaz, cónego da Sé de Lisboa, who had bequeathed all his assets to him, imposing the obligation of giving each year 56 libras to the cabido da Sé de Lisboa with the purpose of supporting the organization of an annual festivity in honor of S. Miguel and the celebration of annual masses for his soul in that city's cathedral. Vasco Fernandes, on behalf of that cabido, promises to fulfil those obligations. Vicente Eanes declares that his brother had left him houses in Lisboa and lands in Mafra.

Bond by which Manuel Lopes, Isabel Luís' widow, links the revenues of houses he had in Lisboa to the obligation of celebrating 3 masses each two weeks for his wife's soul in the church of the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo, where she is buried. It is mentioned that Paulo Soares, procurador das Capelas, presented a petition to the Provedor das Capelas, in 1606-12-29, asking him to order Manuel Lopes to present the account of the fulfilment of his wife's will, for it had passed one year since she passed away. Isabel Luís had asked her husband to build a grave where her body should rest and to buy assets or a public debt instrument, using its revenues to support the celebration of 3 weekly masses for her soul.

Bond in which Mariana Mesurada, Miguel Tostado Malafaia’s widow, entails a rent of 40 alqueires of wheat from a property in Salvaterra to the chapel of Francisca Serrão. Francisca, who was buried in the church of the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo de Lisboa, bequeathed 300 000 réis to Mariana Mesurada so that she could purchase a rent or public debt instrument to ensure the fulfilment of a perpetual mass in the convent for her soul and for the souls of her deceased family members. Mariana declares that she and her heirs will accomplish this charge. This rent cannot be divided, but, if it is sold, it must always retain this obligation. It inserts an extract from Francisca Serrão’s will and a dispatch from the provedor dos resíduos.

Bond by which Gonçalo Rodrigues Angel, cavaleiro do hábito de São Tiago, declared that, in 1655-04-27, he bought to D. Isabel Sequeira, widow of Pedro da Cunha, a public debt instrument of 26 950 réis in Casa da Madeira de Lisboa. His aunts Joana do Deserto and Mariana das Chagas, nuns in the Convent of Santa Clara, should possess this public debt instrument until their deaths but, afterward, it should remain in the possession of the institutor and the heirs he would nominate. If he did not have heirs, it should succeed the successor of the entail of Lopo Duarte Ximenes and his wife Joana da Veiga with the same conditions of succession. The administrator of this entail is obligated to order the celebration of masses in the Church of São Cristóvão for the souls of Rui Dias Angel and Maria Angel, who were buried in this church, giving to the priests some alms of 12 tostões.

The administrator obligated himself to incorporate into this entail some rents he possessed from a property located in Alhos Vedros. Followed by a sentence dated 1613-04-17.
