Subrogation deed by which Garcia de Melo, husband of D. Isabel de Castro, monteiro-mor do Reino and presidente do Tribunal da Mesa da Consciência e Ordens, subrogates the money he gained from sale of Quinta do Grilo and the annulement of the public debt instrument, both previously entailed to the chapel of D. Maria da Cunha, condessa de Portalegre, for properties he bought in Lisboa, in Calçada do Combro and Cruz de Pau. He wasn't yet in possession of the entail of D. Maria da Cunha, but was the successor of the current administrator, his aunt, D. Guiomar da Silveira, as she hadn't married and had no other heirs. D. Guiomar da Silveira had inherited the entail from D. Guiomar Henriques, her aunt, and Tristão da Cunha, her father, nephew of D. Maria da Cunha and first administrator of the entail. Garcia de Melo's eldest son and successor, Francisco de Melo, is present and agrees to this subrogation.
Some of the properties bought by Garcia de Melo for the entail had previously belonged t the entail of Duarte de Albuquerque Coelho and Dona Joana de Castro, but had been subrogated for a public debt instrument in Estanco do Tabaco. The houses in Cruz do Pau had an obligation of masses for the soul of Cosme Fernandes da Silva in the church of Santa Catarina do Monte Sinai.

Mariana Caetana da Meneses, his wife, administrators of the entail established by Garcia de Melo, used the sum of money they received after the extinction of a public debt instrument of 100 000 réis, which belonged to their entail, to incorporate in it two farmsteads (quintas) located in Alverca and houses in Lisboa.

Subrogation deed by which the administrator António Ferreira de Matos declared that the institutor's husband, Manuel Martins, gave up of the administration in 1653 in favor of Baltasar Teixeira and his wife Marta Teixeira, giving them 300 000 réis left by the institutor. The new administrator also declared that he and his wife Luísa da Assunção da Silva now wanted to use this money to incorporate into this entail some houses, lands, vineyards and an olive grove, located in the place of Palaios and Pereiro, on the outskirts of Alenquer. This document has inserted a dispatch and a power of attorney dated between 1676-11-07 and 1681-11-17.

Subrogation deed by which Afonso Lopes, mercador de vinhos, and his wife, Antónia Barreiros, use a fraction of the value of the third part of Diogo Barreiro's assets, 160 000 réis, to buy vineyards and houses in Almada to entail to Isabel de Soveral and Jorge Barreiros' chapel, which they administrate. It is mentioned that, after Diogo Barreiros' death, they took legal action against Maria Nunes, Diogo's widow, since they had considered that the deceased had unlawfully left the third part of his assets to his wife and chose an administrator which was not his closest relative, disrespecting the clauses defined by the entail's institutors. Maria Nunes decided to put an end to the litigation and, in 1647-02-19, the conflicting parties reached an agreement: they would be given the assets left by Diogo Barreiros to his widow and, in turn, would buy a property to be incorporated in the entail and cost the making of an altarpiece to be placed in the chapel of Anjo S. Miguel in the church of S. João da Praça of Lisboa.

Luís Álvares de Castro (Marquês de Cascais), Doutor António da Costa Novais and Mendo de Foios Pereira, gives a public debt instrument of 5 000 réis to the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo to support the celebration of annual masses for Mateus de Araújo and Isabel Luís' souls. The pious obligations were previously associated to houses located next to the Rua da Jubetaria Velha, which belonged to Padre José Luís da Fonseca, administrator of Mateus de Araújo and Isabel Luís' chapel. He sold them to the Senado da Câmara de Lisboa for 150 000 réis, in 1678-06-30, which intended to tear the houses down. Contains copies of 2 letters of attorney issued on 1678-04-27 and 1679-07-03.

Maria Rebelo had bequeathed money to Leonor do Espírito Santo, who should become a nun, with an obligation of five masses for her soul. After Leonor's death these properties should pass to Gonçalo de Miranda Henriques. Leonor do Espírito Santo had employed this money in the leases and established five more masses for her own soul.

The farmstead in Caparica keeps the obligation it had to the monastery of Nossa Senhora da Rosa of Lisboa. The farmstead of Bouça had been leased "in fatiota" to the entail and chapel administered by D. Miguel Luís de Meneses, who had given up its possession, and had an obligation to annualy pay 6 000 réis to this entail.
