Subrogation deed through which Miguel Pinto da Fonseca, administrator of Jorge Fernandes de Évora's entail, subrogates part of the farmstead (quinta) of Fonte Santa, in Loures, incorporated in his entail, for a land (casal) in Sapataria, other lands in Sobral de Monte Agraço and Loures, and houses in Lisboa. Contains a petition by Miguel Pinto da Fonseca, followed by a dispatch issued on 1652-04-29, and a copy of the subrogation warrant that was already described in VINC002653 JFE EA/001a.

Subrogation deed by which Gonçalo de Miranda Henriques, also called Gonçalo Mendes de Meneses, subrogates some leases which Leonor do Espírito Santo had annexed to the chapel of D. Maria Rebelo, for the revenue of his houses in Chelas. He explains that D. Maria Rebelo had bequeathed money to Leonor do Espírito Santo, who should become a nun, with an obligation of five masses for her soul. After Leonor's death these properties should pass to Gonçalo de Miranda Henriques. Leonor do Espírito Santo had employed this money in the leases and established five more masses for her own soul.

Subrogation deed between Luís Álvares de Sousa, Mestre de Campo dos Auxiliares da Comarca de Beja, Manuel de Sousa Viegas, his nephew and future successor, and the abbot Diogo Rodrigues de Moura, through which the former sold houses located in Santa Justa, in Lisboa, and lands in S. João da Talha to the latter. Luís Álvares de Sousa was administrator of the entail founded by António Cordovil, and decided to sell the said properties and to incorporate in the entail, in their place, his farmstead of Torre (herdade), located in the outskirts of Beja. It is followed by a court sentence in which the subrogation deed is approved issued on 1695-10-23.

Subrogation deed by which João Mendes de Meneses, fidalgo da Casa do Príncipe and cavaleiro professo da Ordem de Cristo, sells to the Câmara de Lisboa the houses in Rua da Prata which belonged to the entail of D. Isabel de Góis. He receives in exchange a public debt instrument of 50 000 reis set in the revenue of the Câmara de Lisboa, which he entails in its place.
Contains letter-of-attorney, dated 1678-04-27; documentation regarding the substitution of an attorney; and documentation regarding the works to be done in Rua da Prata by the Câmara de Lisboa, which justified the selling of the houses.

Subrogation deed by which Diogo Lobo, grandson and the sucessor of Duarte Mendes's entail, declared that his father Rodrigo Lobo required a royal provision in order to sell a farm in the outskirts of Évora, and to buy others to be incorporated into this entail. He asked to subrogate this property for a "casal" located in the outskirts of Sintra. Preceded by a petition dated 1631-06-14. This documents contains other documents related to the division of the inheritance after Duarte Mendes' death.

Subrogation deed by which António da Mata Landim, administrator of the chapel of Álvaro Pires Landim, subrogates the Quinta dos Loureiros, in S. Domingos de Benfica, which is in a state of ruin, for a payment of 60 000 reis of interest in the almoxarifado of Abrantes, given to him in exchange for the Quinta by D. João Mascarenhas, conde da Torre. Diligences were made to free the Quinta, incluiding obtaining the approval of the next in line to the entail, António's sister D. Mariana da Mata Landim.
Mentions a sale deed dated 1627-03-23 between Jerónimo de Landim, a previous administrator, and the nuns of Odivelas, who had taken the Quinta for debts incurred by another possible administrator, Luís Mendes de Azevedo, written by the notary de Vasco de Andrade de Sampaio.
Followed by a sentence dated 1666-01-02 by which the Quinta is freed and the interest is entailed to the chapel in its place.

Subrogation deed between D. Miguel Pereira Coutinho, cavaleiro da Ordem de Cristo, his wife, D. Maria Pereira Coutinho, and Sebastião de Carvalho e Melo, through which the couple sold to the latter properties they owned in Godinheira and Alpolentim, formerly incorporated in Francisco Pestana and Beatriz de Faria's entail, for 180 000 réis. Miguel and Maria substituted those by incorporating other properties, they already owned, located in Sobrena, in the outskirts of the village of Cadaval. Contains a copy of an extract of Francisco Pestana and Beatriz de Faria's will and an inquisitio with witnesses testimonies, regarding the geographical limits of the couple's lands in Sobrena.

Subrogation deed by which Manuel Boto Pimentel, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, in his name and the name of his wife, D. Luísa de Meneses, subrogates the houses his wife inherited from her grandmother, D. Catarina Machado, entailed to an obligation of three annual masses in the monastery of Santo Elói, Lisboa, for a farmstead in Alenquer.

Subrogation deed by which the administrator Filipe Serrão Pimentel, the institutor's son, declared that he subrogated and annexed into the entail a public debt instrument of 20 000 réis in Real da Água do Senado de Lisboa, from a public debt instrument of 25 000 réis he had already bought. This document has inserted a deed of sale of the public debt instrument of 25 000 réis dated 1661-03-05.

Subrogation deed by which Mateus Barreto da Silva Gorjão, administrator of Vasco Varela da Fonseca's chapel, and his wife, Mónica Francisca dos Reis, sold houses in Alfama, previously entailed to it, to the brotherhood of Santíssimo Sacramento of the church of S. Miguel of Alfama for 40 000 réis. In turn, they incorporated in that entail a vineyard in Barregueira, Torres Vedras.
They also leased ruined houses in S. Pedro de Alfama, entailed to the chapel, to Simão Batista de Abreu and Francisca Rebelo, his wife, for the annual payment of 1 300 réis. Contains copies of a termo de outorga, a letter of attorney, a carta de arrematação, a letter of possession, an instrumento de justificação and a confirmation letter.

Contains a dispatch, a copy of the will chart of António Fernandes de Elvas and a certificate of a partition deed which proved the vineyard belonged to André de Figueiredo Coutinho.

Statement of renunciation on behalf of padre João da Fonseca, reitor da Casa da Aprovação da Companhia de Jesus, refusing the donation of a house made by Maria de Sousa in exchange of fifthy masses in her funeral, because that house belongs to the entail founded by Inês do Vale which has masses in the church of Santa Justa de Lisboa. They revoke the donation deed signed in 1666-01-27.
