Petition by which D. Maria da Silva, widow of D. Diogo de Meneses, requests authorization to transfer the bones of her husband, who had died in the previous year of 1627, from the chapel of S. Brás of the convent of Santíssima Trindade of Santarém, which she and her husband had established, to the chapel of Todos os Santos in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade de Lisboa, where her husband had tried to be buried before, to no avail, since the obstacles which had prevented his first wish had now been solved.

João de Ataíde e Sousa and Ângela de Vilhena, and Francisco Correia, his wife Ana da Silva, and their minor sons António Correia and Maria da Silva, asking for the confirmation of the contract and bond deed that settled a judicial dispute they had over 27 years regarding the administration of the entail founded by Rodrigo Afonso de Atouguia, whose head was the lease (prazo) of Belas, which now included their minor sons that would sign and promise under oath that they and their descendants agreed with the conditions and clauses of the previous composition deed, swearing to never change or appeal for their change. As D. Maria de Noronha, wife of Manuel de Ataíde, died before the confirmation of the contract, they have also asked for both contracts to remain valid regardless of the death of any of the parts involved.

Pedro"), houses in Lisboa, a rent (foro) in Chamusca, a property in Beja ("herdade da Zorrinha") and olive groves in Torres Novas were entailed to it. The administrators of the entail were obligated to support the celebration of 2 perpetual daily masses in the convent of S. Petition by which Rodrigo Lobo asked for a royal provision on behalf of his son Diogo Lobo, sucessor of Duarte Mendes' entail, in order to sell a "herdade" called "Bencafede" located in Évora. He declared that this entail had other proprieties located in Alcochete. This account of the administration referes these proprieties are composed of "pinhais", "marinhas", farm and vineyards. In 1630, he made another petition referring that the "herdade" was called "Bencafede" and not "Romeiras" as was mentioned in other documents.
