Petition by which D. Maria da Silva, widow of D. Diogo de Meneses, requests authorization to transfer the bones of her husband, who had died in the previous year of 1627, from the chapel of S. Brás of the convent of Santíssima Trindade of Santarém, which she and her husband had established, to the chapel of Todos os Santos in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade de Lisboa, where her husband had tried to be buried before, to no avail, since the obstacles which had prevented his first wish had now been solved.

Petition by which D. Maria da Silva, widow of D. Petition presented by António Lobo de Saldanha requesting the lifting of the sequestration of the assets of the chapels instituted by Domingos Esteves Bem-lhe-Quero, Maior Domingues and Teresa Martins, in Estremoz, since these did not belong to the Crown and he was their legitimate administrator, as he is the son of Martinho Lopes Lobo, last administrator. He also asks that the Juízo das Capelas da Coroa register that these do not belong to the Crown.

Petition signed by D. Manuel de Ataíde, on behalf of his minor sons D. João de Ataíde e Sousa and Ângela de Vilhena, and Francisco Correia, his wife Ana da Silva, and their minor sons António Correia and Maria da Silva, asking for the confirmation of the contract and bond deed that settled a judicial dispute they had over 27 years regarding the administration of the entail founded by Rodrigo Afonso de Atouguia, whose head was the lease (prazo) of Belas, which now included their minor sons that would sign and promise under oath that they and their descendants agreed with the conditions and clauses of the previous composition deed, swearing to never change or appeal for their change. As D. Maria de Noronha, wife of Manuel de Ataíde, died before the confirmation of the contract, they have also asked for both contracts to remain valid regardless of the death of any of the parts involved.

Petition through which Lopo da Gama Lobo, administrator of Afonso Eanes and Clara Garcia's entail, asks the Provedor da Comarca de Elvas to issue a precatory letter, in order that the Depositário of Juizo das Capelas would give him the money gained in a sale of houses in Lisboa, that once belonged the family entail. With that amount of money, Lopo would buy houses in Olivença, and then incorporate them in the entail he administered. Followed by a dispatch issued by the Provedor da Comarca de Elvas, on 1624-08-13; a bond, issued on 1624-08-13; and a surety and security bond, issued on 1624-08-12, all relating to the same subject.

Petition from Domingas da Serra, widow of Domingos do Vale and tutor of their minor sons, and her brother Francisco Dias asking to the king the confirmation of agreement deed concerning the succession of the chapel'sa administration that was signed by Domingos do Vale and Francisco Dias.

Petition of Gaspar de Caldas Lobo and his wife D. Francisca Josefa Pinto Maciel, administrators of the chapel founded by Ana Luísa de Carvalho, requiring the end of the sequestration that was imposed by mistake. This chapel was sentenced as "absoluta" and therefore has legitimate sucession.

Petiton of Leonor Nunes as tutor of her son António and widow of Silvestre Correia do Amaral, asking for the end of the sequestration of the chapel founded by Maria Reimonda in Coruche. She argues that the sequestration was imposed because the chapel was registered in the books of the Capelas da Coroa and didn't have any known administrator. But the chapel's foundation deed shows that the appointment is free and belongs to her son.

Petition from Gaspar Correia Cabral requiring an exemplification of an extract of the will made by Bento Moreno founding a chapel. The original is in the tombo which was made by Manuel Diazo when his cousin Manuel do Couto moved a legal action to take from him the chapel.

Petition of Manuel da Fonseca de Teive, current administrator of the chapel of Guiomar de Teive, his aunt, requesting to Provedor dos Resíduos, Capelas, Albergarias, Confrarias e Hospitais a certificate with the exemplification of all autos of motion he presented to Juízo da Provedoria dos Resíduos e Capelas of the island of S. Miguel against Francisco Soares de Melo, in 1662, and a court sentence of Relação he reached, by his father and legal administrator, Miguel Ferreira Cardoso Escórcio, against João da Fonseca Botelho, former administrator of that chapel. The chapel's administrated was judged and relinquished to Manuel da Fonseca de Teive's grandfather.

Petition by which Pedro Álvares de Abreu de Sousa asked the King to approve the foundation of the entail established by his parents, António de Abreu de Sousa and Isabel. He declares that a farmstead ("quinta da Bezelga") and other properties in Tomar, lands in Santarém ("casal de S. Pedro"), houses in Lisboa, a rent (foro) in Chamusca, a property in Beja ("herdade da Zorrinha") and olive groves in Torres Novas were entailed to it. The administrators of the entail were obligated to support the celebration of 2 perpetual daily masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Santa Cita and 1 perpetual daily mass in the convent of Nossa Senhora da Anunciada.
