Court sentence determining the delivery of some estates donated by João Álvares and Gonçalo de Sá, great-great-grandparents of Manuel de Sá, to the monastery of S. Francisco do Porto. Since the monastery had passed into the regime of "observância", it could not retain possession of these lands. It therefore donated them to Manuel de Sá, who entailed them and instituted obbligations of masses from its revenues.
