Dowry deed

Dowry deed between D. Miguel da Silva and D. Isabel de Abreu, his wife, and Duarte Mendes and Guiomar Nunes, his wife, to marry their offspring, D. Fernando da Silva and D. Beatriz, respectively. Duarte Mendes and Guiomar Nunes give to their daughter, as part of her dowry, a public debt instrument of 500.000 réis, founding with it an entail. In turn, D. Miguel da Silva and D. Isabel de Abreu give to their son, as part of his dowry, their entails, namely the entail of Arcas, in the outskirts of Elvas; the unnamed entail in the center of a litigation, in the outskirts of Elvas; and the entail of Leme, in the town of Lisbon.
