Acórdão em relação ordering Rodrigo Rebelo, administrator of Gonçalo Afonso's entail, to fulfil its pious obligations and demanding the making of a tombo of its properties. Followed by the measurement of the chapel's assets.

Agreement deed

Agreement deed by which Vasco Eanes and Jácome Eanes, executors of Gonçalo Afonso's will, declare that Afonso Eanes, clergyman, refused to accept the donation made by the testator, which allowed them to give the property to whomever they ellect. Thus, they decide to donate the entail established by Gonçalo Afonso to Fernando Alves, Bacharel em Leis, his nephew. He is obligated henceforth to support the celebration of masses linked to the entailed property and to transmit it to his descendants.
Fernando Alves gives his consent to this deed as well as the donors' wives, Beatriz Alves and Maria Eanes.

Declaration

Declaration by which Rodrigo Rebelo swears he possesses the olive grove entailed to the chapel established by Gonçalo Afonso, his uncle, of which he took possession after the death of his father, bacharel Fernando Álvares de Rebelo, who was administrator until September 1502 and had fulfilled all of its obligations. He had also presented the chaplain of his chapel, who also prayed the masses of the chapel of Vasco Eanes and his wife, Beatriz Gonçalves, Rodrigo Rebelo's great-uncle and aunt.

Tombo of the chapel established by Gonçalo Afonso in the cathedral of Lisboa and in the church of S. Cristóvão of Lisboa, made according to the order of the Provedor-mor dos Hospitais, Capelas, Albergarias e Confrarias. Contains an exemplification of the institutor's will chart, an agreement deed and an acórdão em relação.

Will chart

Will chart by which Gonçalo Afonso, Almoxarife do Armazém de Lisboa, bequeaths an olive grove in Santa Bárbara, Lisboa, to Afonso Eanes, clergyman, with the obligation of supporting the celebration of 2 annual masses for his soul and for the soul of his late wife, Beatriz Gonçalves, in the cathedral of Lisboa and in the church of S. Cristóvão of that city. After Afonso Eanes' death, the entail should pass to someone capable of fulfilling the pious obligations. He appoints Vasco Eanes, his brother, and Jácome Eanes, his nephew, to be the executors of his will. The testator declares that his body should be buried in the main chapel of that cathedral.
Followed by an approval deed issued on 1465-11-24.
