Declaration deed

Declaration deed made by Belchior Lobo in which he ordered the foundation of an entail composed of rents he owned in a estate named Herdade da Samorra, with a perpetual mass obligation of nine masses celebrated every year in the church of S. Pedro of Monforte. He named his wife Isabel Martins as first administrator and his sister Catarina Lobo after her death, and from there on the succession should always continue on the poorest relative, male or female, of the institutor.
