Tenure warrant given to Francisco Sardinha César, administrator of Manuel Sardinha's entail, allowing him to rent lands (casal) in Carcavelos incorporated in it. It is mentioned that, in 1594, his grandfather, Francisco Sardinha, had already divided the property and rented it to various persons, without obtaining permission to do it.

Will (extract) by which Manuel Sardinha established an entail, incorporating in it the third part of his assets, namely lands (casal) in Carcavelos and houses in Lisboa. He designated his eldest son, Luís Sardinha, to administrate it, determining that him and his descendants had to support the celebration of annual masses for his soul in the chapels of Nossa Senhora da Conceição and S. João of the church of S. João da Praça of that city. After the death of the first administrator, the entail would be transmitted to his closest relative.
