Chapel foundation deed

Chapel foundation deed by António Baltasar. His estates were entailed to a chapel previously built in Cortegaça, in Santa Maria do Pinheiro, dedicated to Bom Jesus. As administrator, António appointed his nephew João Ribeiro, with the obligation of celebrating a weekly mass and other three masses in Christmas for the souls of the institutor and his wife's.
