Will (extract) by which Maria Fernandes bequeaths her houses to her husband, Estêvão Fernandes, with the obligation of eight annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, over her tomb. After her husband's death, the entail shall be bequeathed to Tomás Rebelo, if he is alive, or to his daughter, Constantina da Cruz. If his daughter has already died, it will be bequeathed to a person chosen by Tomás Rebelo or by his wife, Catarina Vicente. She authorizes that the houses be sold to buy other property to entail, or subrogated by other properties, because they are foreiras.
