Chapel foundation deed

Chapel foundation deed by which Isabel Valente adds new assets to those that her husband Simão Vaz de Gamboa had entail in chapel, increasing the charges that had to be celebrated in the monastery of Santo Agostinho of Santarém. She appointed Diogo Fernandes to be the first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he shall be succeeded by his eldest son.

The tombo was made by João Dias, público notário, by authority of the bacharel João Vaz, corregedor and sobrejuiz na Casa do Cível.
