Acórdão em relação, judging a civil process on the administration of the chapel established by Isabel Lobato, in the monastery of São Francisco of Santarém.
The sentence recognizes that the administration was, legitimately, owned by Damião Dias de Meneses.

Grace warrant of administration to Damião Dias de Meneses, second son of the late Rui Dias de Meneses, appointing him to the administration of the chapel founded by Isabel Lobato in monastery of São Francisco in Santarém, in accordance to the promise of a chapel administration with 200 cruzados of income. He should administrate this chapel of 60.000 réis of income until he receives a new one that fullfil the 200 cruzados. His father received a promise of a comandery with 200.000 réis of income that was never completely fullfiled.

Grace warrant of administration on behalf of D. Fernando Mascarenhas de Lencastre, granting him the administration of the chapel of Porto de Muge. He would succeed his grandfather, Damião Dias de Meneses, who had obtained permission to transmit the chapel to his son, Duarte Dias de Meneses. However, the latter died as he was serving in Índia.

She also ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year in the in that chapel. She appointed Nuno Gonçalves to be the first administrator during his lifetime. The charges and the administrators must be the same as those set out in João de Sousa's will.
