They determined that, after their son's death, the entail would be transmitted to his son with the obligation of supporting the celebration of 5 annual masses for the institutor's soul. The latter gave her consent to this deed.

Those properties should never be sold or exchanged, and had to be passed to the eldest son of his great-nephew with the obligation of celebrating 5 annual masses for the institutor's soul. If his great-nephew died before leaving descendants, the entail would be administrated by one of his brothers or sisters. The testator declares that his body would be buried in the convent of Nossa Senhora of Sardoal. Followed by an approval deed issued on 1606-05-28.
