Account of the administration (extract) by which the Provedor das Capelas condemns the administrator of Afonso Eanes Carregueiro and Clara Garcia's entail to pay 494 000 réis, since he had contracted that debt by not fulfiling the pious obligations established in the institutors' will. The Provedor das Capelas also orders the arrest of the entail's patrimony, since the administrator failed to annex the third part of his assets to the entail, as it was previously requested.

Certificate issued by André Botelho Pimentel, Juiz de Fora e dos órfãos de Olivença, concerning an auto de arrematação of some houses located in Beco da Rua do Poço, in Olivença, previously owned by the late Inês Lobo, widow of Lourenço Lobo, to Lopo da Gama Lobo, their son, for 183 000 réis. After the widow's death, those houses were sold at an auction, in order to liquidate a debt contracted by the former to Francisco de Amorim, Juiz da Alfândega of Olivença. The houses were subsequently incorporated in the entail administered by Lopo da Gama Lobo. Contains two court sentences concerning the inventory of the late Inês Lobo, and the partition of her assets, issued on 1623-04-06 and on 1624-08-03.

Court sentence, subscribed by Doutor Manuel Pereira Soares, through which he allowed the reduction of the pious charges instituted by Afonso Eanes and Clara Garcia in the chapel of S. Dinis, in the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. The court sentence was issued on behalf of Lourenço Lobo da Gama, administrator of the entail founded by the aforementioned couple, taking in consideration a dispatch made by the Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church.

Court sentence (extract) through which the judge allowed Estêvão Vicente, notary, to issue an exemplification of Afonso Eanes and Clara Garcia's will, answering the request of Vasco Afonso Carregueiro, their son and heir. Initially, the judge demanded that Bernardo Afonso, another son of the mentioned couple, was cited, since he was the one who was supposed to administer his parents entail, after their death. However, Bernardo Afonso appeared before the judge and declared that he didn't want to receive an exemplification of the referred will.

Exchange deed between Luís Mendes Lobo, cavaleiro fidalgo da Casa do rei and administrator of the entail founded by Afonso Eanes and Clara Garcia, Beatriz Lobo, his wife; and Francisco das Póvoas, Fidalgo da Casa do Rei and Provedor das alfândegas, Luísa de Góis, his wife, Maior Pacheco and Inês das Póvoas, mother and sister of Francisco, by which they exchange some properties belonging to their entail for three farms (herdades) located in the outskirts of Monsaraz.

Petition through which Lopo da Gama Lobo, administrator of Afonso Eanes and Clara Garcia's entail, asks if he could use the profits of a sale of houses in Lisboa, which once belonged to the family entail, to buy houses in Olivença, incorporating them in it instead. Followed by a dispatch issued by the Desembargo do Paço, on 1623-01-12; and a dispatch issued by the same court, on 1624-04-30.

Petition through which Lopo da Gama Lobo, administrator of Afonso Eanes and Clara Garcia's entail, asks the Provedor da Comarca de Elvas to issue a precatory letter, in order that the Depositário of Juizo das Capelas would give him the money gained in a sale of houses in Lisboa, that once belonged the family entail. With that amount of money, Lopo would buy houses in Olivença, and then incorporate them in the entail he administered. Followed by a dispatch issued by the Provedor da Comarca de Elvas, on 1624-08-13; a bond, issued on 1624-08-13; and a surety and security bond, issued on 1624-08-12, all relating to the same subject.

Subrogation sentence issued by Doutor António Vaz de Canales, Provedor da Comarca de Elvas and member of the Desembargo do Paço, through which he allows Lopo da Gama Lobo, fidalgo da Casa do rei, to incorporate some houses located in Beco da Rua do Poço, in Olivença, in the entail he administered. Those houses were bought with the amount of money gained in the sale of other houses located in Rua das Pedras Negras, in Lisboa, which belonged to the family entail until Luís Mendes Lobo, Lopo's late brother, sold them.

Will

Will by Afonso Eanes and Clara Garcia, his wife, in which they ordered the foundation of an entail with their properties in Carregueira, Gardim, Casal Ventoso and Montelavar, with the obligation of two daily masses celebrated in the chapel of S. Dinis in the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa. They chose to be buried in that same chapel. The surviving spouse should inherit the entail, after whose death would succeed the couple's eldest son. The administrators of the entail were asked to take care of the maintenance of the chapel of S. Dinis.
