He incorporated into this entail a "moio" of cereal from the "herdade da Bodoeira" and "herdade da Bala", in the parish of São Brás de Regedouro. He designated his grandson Gaspar Barreto to be its first administrator, who should be succeed by his eldest son. The institutor was the administrator of the chapel founded by Diogo Pires, designating his grandson Gaspar Barreto to be its administrator.
