Entail foundation and donation deed

Entail foundation and donation deed by D. Helena da Costa of her real estate, in Benavente, to her nephew and godson, António Mergulhão Freire, appointing him as her successor and first administrator of the entail. António Mergulhão Freire was present and accepted the entail donation and promised to fulfil the pious obligations ordered by the institutor in the main church of Benavente. D. Helena da Costa reserved the usufruct of the donated assets and other properties in her lifetime.
