Will chart made by Bernardo da Fonseca Castelo Branco and Isabel Zuzarte, his wife. Izabel Zuzarte entails a public debt instrument in the amount of 50 000 réis, paid at the almoxarifado of Portalegre, and appoints Bernardo da Fonseca, her husband, first administrator, during his lifetime. After his death, he would be succeeded by Diogo da Fonseca, their son. Bernardo da Fonseca also entails several properties in Portalegre and surroundings, in addition to a golden cross. All assets, that both entailed, should always be attached to the entail instituted by Bernardo da Fonseca, grandfather of the testators, increasing the charges that should be celebrated.
