Donation deed by which padre Eusébio Pereira e Sá Coutinho donated a sugar mill (engenho) in Cinco Ribeiras, Ilha de S. Tomé, and a farmstead (quinta) in Catujal, Sacavém, which he had inherited from his father, Jerónimo Pereira de Sá Coutinho, to his nephew, Jerónimo Pereira de Sá Coutinho, with the obligation of fulfilling the pious charges associated to the properties. Jerónimo's father, Manuel de Figueiredo e Sousa, accepted this deed.
