Donation deed by which Doutor Gonçalo Fernandes, Corregedor da Corte do Rei, and Isabel Afonso, his wife, donated a rent extracted from the revenues of houses in Lisboa to the convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça of Lisboa. The prior and friars of the convent accepted this donation and committed themselves to celebrate an annual mass for the donors' souls, every year, on the day of S. Martinho.
