Sale, quittance and obligation deed by which the Desembargador António da Mota Perestrelo sells for 1 conto e 800 mil réis to tenente Domingos Fernandes de Andrade and his wife Maria de Jesus the farmhouse located in Benfica, parish of Nossa Senhora do Amparo, that belonged to the entail founded by his grandfather António Dias da Mota. He received a subrogation warrant in 1689-05-28 to entail a public debt instrument of 867.338 réis in exchange of the farmhouse.
