The administrator would retain half of the income derived from the entailed assets, and would be obliged to spend the other half on masses celebrated every year in the church of N. Sra. da Esperança, in Arronches, where her body should be buried. She named her grandson Manuel Martins as first administrator and, after his death, the succession should continue, preferably, on the eldest heir, male or female, and if he had no children, the administration would be handled to Tomás, son of André Tavares or the closest relative.
