The entail is "absoluto". Therefore the second motion presented by Provedor e Irmãos da Misericórdia de Lisboa is not accepted and was contested by another motion presented by the Procurador da Coroa, who as able to prove that the assets mentioned in the foral of Outil belongs to the Crown.
