Petition through which Francisco de Leiria Monteiro, Vicente da Costa's heir and administrator of the entail established by Ana Monteiro, declares that the revenues extracted from the houses in Lisboa, that were incorporated in it, were insufficient to fulfill all the pious obligations instituted in the church of the convent of S. Domingos de Lisboa. Since those houses needed to be repaired, he asks the Provedor das Capelas to allow the reduction of the amount of money, taken from the entail's assets, that was destined to fulfill the pious charges.
