Petition by which Fernando Rodrigues, executor of Bartolomeu Gomes and Beatriz Carreira's will, asks to be given license to transfer the pious obligations established by the testators from the convent of S. Domingos of Benfica to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, where Bartolomeu's remains were buried. He declares that the friars of the first convent refused to accept the donations of wine and olive oil ordered by Bartolomeu and Beatriz, and to celebrate annual masses for their souls.
