Petition by which Francisco Correia da Silva and his wife, Ana da Gama, in their name and in the name of their son, Brás Correia da Silva, request the validation of the verbal will of Francisca da Gama, sister of Ana da Gama. According to it, Ana da Gama and Brás Correia da Silva had been appointed as universal heirs of the testator, who had bequeathed them all of her properties with an obligation of 2 000 réis of masses in the church of the monastery of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa, entailed to her houses.
