Public debt instrument confirming that the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa sold 40 000 réis of interest to Bento Henriques da Paz, Rodrigo Henriques' heir, Diogo Fernandes da Rocha and Francisco da Rocha, Francisca Pires de Oliveira's nephews and heirs, which should be entailed to the chapel instituted by Rodrigo. The friars of the convent and the heirs of Rodrigo and Francisca had established a contract and bond deed concerning this matter in 1613-10-24. Contains the exemplification of one public debt instrument of 144 117 réis given to André Ximenes, issued on 1606-05-15, and of two apostilles on that document, issued on 1608-02-28 and 1608-12-17.
