Royal provision issued on behalf of Rodrigo Tavares Riscado, administrator of the chapel founded by his father Gaspar Tavares in São Tomé island, in which the king ordered the Ouvidor of that island to make an inquire over the procedures of the Juiz Ordinário Manuel Borges, his public enemy, when he judged a cause regarding this chapel, arbitrarily arresting and preventing him to proceed with the inventory of the entailed assets of the chapel.
