João de Ataíde e Sousa and Ângela de Vilhena, and by Francisco Correia, his wife Ana da Silva, on behalf of their minor sons António Correia and Maria da Silva, asking for the confirmation of the contract and bond deed regarding the dispute over the administration of the entail founded by Rodrigo Afonso de Atouguia. He would then report back informing if all the parts involved confirmed if they were pleased with the conditions of the contract.
