Sale and bond deed by which Pedro Vilhescas de Almeida, son of Pedro Vilhescas and Maria de Almeida, buys a lease from António Munhós and his wife, Isabel Gonçalves. He entails this lease to the chapel established by his mother, subrogating the houses in Lisboa which she had previously entailed, and promises to fulfill the obligations of nine annual masses in the holidays of the Virgin.
Contains certificate of livro de raiz, dated 1623-03-21; and certificate, dated 1623-01-07, of a partition deed dated 1592-04-08, proving the houses had belonged to the sellers.
