Document copied from the Autos de Conta da Capela, kept in the archive of Luis Botelho de Távora, and inserted in an extract of Tombo de registos de capelas do Hospital de S. José in TT-HSJ-005-82-82v; in the extract it is explained that the houses entailed to the chapel were in Cascais, and that the obligation was of two annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa.
